This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of mobile applications developed by Binh Nguyen (the "Developer"). It specifically applies to applications that display third-party advertisements, including free applications and those offering optional in-app purchases. I am committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe user experience. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use these applications.

Information Collection and Use

I do not directly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address). Your app data, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device.

However, to support my development and provide free services, my applications integrate a trusted third-party advertising SDK: Google AdMob. Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain limited technical data, including:

  • Coarse Location Data: Derived from your IP address to serve relevant, localized advertisements and ensure proper language settings.
  • Device Identifiers: Such as the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) or technical device IDs to manage ad frequency, prevent fraud, and ensure technical security.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with advertisements (such as ad views, clicks, and app launches) to measure ad performance.

Privacy Choices and App Tracking

My applications respect your privacy choices. I operate on a Non-Tracking basis by default, meaning I do not request or utilize Apple's App Tracking Transparency (IDFA) to track your activities across other companies' apps or websites.

International Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

I take international data protection regulations seriously:

  • For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (GDPR compliance): When required, a Consent Form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) will be displayed to obtain your explicit consent before any limited data processing for contextual advertising takes place. You have the right to manage your consent choices at any time.
  • For Users in the United States (CCPA/CPRA compliance): I do not sell or share your personal information. Any data processed by third-party ad networks is strictly limited to non-personalized service delivery and operational functionalities.

Data Security

Since I do not host or transfer your data to my own external servers, your data is inherently protected by the security infrastructure of your device and the strict compliance protocols maintained by Google AdMob.

Payment Processing

The Apple App Store is the sole third-party service provider utilized for managing in-app payment processing (if applicable).
